Our Team

An agency is only as good as the people who work for it. At Cambridge MR this applies at every level of the Company including the interviewer teams, many of whom have worked loyally for us for many years. So when we were recently approached to undertake the biggest programme of product testing ever undertaken in the UK, we were able to do so. Our team delivered far beyond what could realistically be expected. Interviewers, supervisors, outworkers, coders, back checkers, field staff, exec teams... all working together for our client.

In some ways our model looks very traditional. We don’t outsource our DP to India and coding to South Africa with advanced analytics conducted in the US. We think this is done for the benefit of the agency, not the client. We retain these resources in house.

The CMR team includes individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and expertise, including Food and Drink, Retail, Consumer Package Goods, Sensory, International, Automotive and Public Sector.

Project teams are tailored in order to ensure that clients benefit from those with the most relevant skills and experience. You will be provided with a single point of contact who will manage the process from setup through to the debrief presentation.
