Profile
Began career at Weston Research Laboratories (ABF) after attaining an HND in Food Technology from Bristol / Seal Hayne. Whilst at WRL gained experience in the NPD & Cereals Research section.
Joined RHM Foodservice as a Food Technologist in their NPD team, in charge of desserts and ‘bought in products’. In the latter part of her time with RHM, set up and ran their fledging Customer Advice Centre, covering all aspects of product enquiries.
Moving to Cambridge, joined Kerry Bakery Ingredients as a Bakery Technologist before moving onto become Bakery Manger
