We believe that Quant research should never be boring, routine or repetitive. Good Quant research is at the heart of good decision making. It brings the consumer - and their needs - to life.
Most of our Quant work is conducted face-to face. We believe that people need to see, smell and touch products to be able to evaluate them and have invested in our network of Interviewers and Supervisors at a time when so many agencies are moving their fieldwork online. We see a clear role for online research and conduct studies using both in house and external panel companies as appropriate, but do not believe it is an appropriate platform for all research studies.
